With over 8 years of coaching experience, I’ve worked with women at every starting point—but the common thread is this: many feel disconnected from their body, their confidence, and their identity.
My approach goes beyond workouts. I combine strength training with nervous system–aware coaching to help you feel safe in your body again, build real strength, and reconnect with who you are.
